Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Install and operate scaffolding, formwork, and framing systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project execution
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Coordinate with skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters)
- Conduct quality assurance checks and material inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Blueprint reading and technical specification interpretation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
