Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (OSHA-certified)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled trades in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations
- Maintain organized job sites and manage material inventory
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Class A or B driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Knowledge of California building codes and regulations
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork mentality
- Background check and drug screening required
