Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work per blueprints
- Install and finish concrete structures, masonry, and framing elements
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and structural integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Trade school certification or apprenticeship completion preferred
