Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing for foundations and structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts with safety certification
- Construct and install structural frameworks using carpentry, masonry, and welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction labor experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and heavy machinery operation credentials
- Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, concrete work, and structural installation
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics accurately
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
