- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Perform concrete work, framing, finishing, and demolition tasks
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and project managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including overtime and weekend availability
