Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) and hand tools with proficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct quality checks and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Assist in material inventory management and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, or masonry preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
