Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks on commercial/residential sites
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts)
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for accurate implementation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct site preparation and material management logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and equipment operation credentials
- Proficiency with concrete work, carpentry, and structural assembly
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong blueprint reading and mathematical measurement skills
- Class B CDL license preferred for equipment operation
