Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and forming techniques
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, dump trucks) with certification
- Install and finish drywall, cabinetry, and millwork
- Perform rough carpentry, framing, and structural assembly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Complete quality control inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Blueprint reading and layout skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Drug-free workplace compliance (pre-employment screening required)
- North Carolina contractor's license preferred
