Responsibilities
- Execute skilled carpentry, masonry, and concrete work with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople, supervisors, and project managers
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and site preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction or skilled labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification and driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow complex instructions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Experience with concrete pouring, framing, or finish carpentry
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
