Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and power tools
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Maintain equipment and clean job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Willingness to obtain equipment certifications
