Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form-setting
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install and finish drywall, insulation, and framing with attention to detail
- Perform masonry tasks (bricklaying, tuckpointing, stone veneer)
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
