Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Read blueprints and follow precise technical specifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste management
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 80 lbs and working in all weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
