Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project execution
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout construction phases
- Inspect materials and report quality issues to supervisors
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid O-10 card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
