Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for material assembly
- Perform finish carpentry, drywall installation, and masonry tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential settings
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns) and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
