Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electricians, plumbers, supervisors)
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and material management
- Complete daily project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Class A or B CDL license preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
