Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Complete daily progress reports and quality inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
