Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site restoration
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily assignments
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and inventory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
