Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and debris management
- Perform quality checks on workmanship and report structural issues
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to project timelines
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trade specialists
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic power tool proficiency and equipment maintenance knowledge
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Dallas metro area
