Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including excavation, concrete work, framing, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material preparation and site cleanup
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Complete daily progress reports and time sheets accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro area
- Steel-toe boots and hard hat mandatory (PPE provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
