Responsibilities
- Site Operations: Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to maintain a Class-A work environment.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites efficiently.
- Machinery Support: Operate heavy machinery and power tools under the guidance of site supervisors.
- Trade Assistance: Provide direct support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, and electricians.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in general construction labor or a related skilled trade (1+ years preferred).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, lift 50+ lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety protocols (OSHA).
