Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install/assemble structural frameworks, scaffolding, and formwork
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project schedules
- Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness per safety standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A/C driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Knowledge of California building codes and safety regulations
- Experience with power tools and precision measuring equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Spanish bilingual preferred
