Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and tool management
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching operations safely
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise execution
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
