Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material preparation and site cleanup
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site organization
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines
- Report hazards and maintenance needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
