Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized work areas daily
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople including electricians and plumbers
- Inspect materials for quality compliance before installation
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial/construction experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material estimation
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to submit to background/drug screening
