Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts, etc.)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA certification and driver's license
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy equipment
