Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid O-10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Class B CDL or ability to secure within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools and survey equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
