Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Read and interpret blueprints with technical accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain job site safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians) for seamless project execution
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for optimal performance
- Manage material inventory and waste reduction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification required
- Class A/B CDL preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of construction mathematics
- Background check and drug-free workplace compliance
- Willingness to travel to job sites within 50-mile radius
