Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Construct and install concrete forms, scaffolding, and structural elements
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and installation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pre-employment drug screening required
