Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, masonry, and site preparation
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Perform quality checks to ensure project compliance
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns) and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
