Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate and maintain equipment like jackhammers, saws, and power tools safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors precisely
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project delivery
- Inspect completed work for quality and safety standards
- Report project progress and material needs to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DFW
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Preferred: Forklift certification or welding experience
