Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and finish work
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and plumbers for seamless project integration
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets building codes and client standards
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or trade experience
- Valid OSHA-30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with essential tools (saws, drills, levels, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in varied conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments
