Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and framing operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install/demolish building structures following blueprints and safety protocols
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbing teams
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report defects
- Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/construction experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication abilities
