Responsibilities
- Execute precise carpentry and framing tasks per blueprints
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Conduct site preparation, excavation, and land clearing operations
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Adhere to all local building codes and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years proven construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency in power tools (saws, drills, nail guns) and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurement
