Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certification
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades
- Perform material handling and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to strict project timelines and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (CPR, forklift)
