Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow precise construction specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure seamless project progression
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL license preferred (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
