Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and grading operations
- Construct concrete foundations, forms, and structural assemblies
- Install/assemble scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety systems
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA compliance
- Interpret technical blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
