Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators, power tools) with precision and safety protocols
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report defects
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
- Willingness to obtain trade certifications (company-sponsored)
