Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install/finish concrete structures, masonry, and framing elements
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and pipefitters on integrated projects
- Maintain project documentation and equipment maintenance logs
- Complete daily site inspections and progress reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification and heavy equipment credentials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and measurement tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Experience with Cleveland building codes and regulations
