Responsibilities
- Execute concrete forming, rebar installation, and finish work with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications for material assembly
- Maintain OSHA compliance and daily site safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trade specialists
- Perform quality checks on completed installations
- Manage material inventory and waste reduction practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor or skilled trades experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend project assignments
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
