Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install and maintain structural frameworks, concrete forms, and scaffolding
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project compliance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with tradespeople to coordinate construction phases
- Complete material handling, inventory, and equipment maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
