Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required
- Ability to operate power tools (saws, drills, etc.) and heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading skills and mathematical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
