Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through debris removal, equipment setup, and material staging
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, finishing, and site prep
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications for precision work
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with crews on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Class A/B CDL license a major plus
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
