Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install and maintain structural framing, roofing, and MEP systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and project blueprints
- Mentor junior laborers in trade best practices
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Coordinate with subcontractors for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Blueprint reading and measurement expertise
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Local Louisville area residency preferred
