Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing per project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and structural components with attention to detail
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and utility installation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) for seamless project integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience with verifiable references
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Fluent English communication skills (Spanish a plus)
