Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and form installation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Install and repair structural components like beams, columns, and walls
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Perform site preparation and demolition work as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
