Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install/assemble structural components (steel beams, scaffolding)
- Maintain safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Ensure project timelines are met through efficient task management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
