Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, formwork installation, and finishing tasks to specifications
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project timelines
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and debris management
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades during night shift operations
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic survey equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) with weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
