Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and hand tools with expertise
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accuracy
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform material preparation, transportation, and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in operating power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
