Responsibilities
- Execute skilled construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project accuracy
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform material handling and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and working in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Pass background check and drug screening
