Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) and basic equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project-specific tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisors' instructions for precise execution
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Perform concrete finishing, framing support, and demolition work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
